Immelmann Downs

Immelmann Downs rests on over 100 storied acres in Bourbon County, KY. Just minutes from downtown Paris, the land was originally used as prime growing grounds for tobacco. The silhouettes of two, century old tobacco barns dot the hills of the property providing the quintessential Kentucky landscape. The Schaafsma family originally purchased the farm 2021 and have been steadily adding land and turning it into a quality sport horse breeding facility.
